Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings, including acute care, long-term care, and outpatient facilities.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Perform specialized procedures such as IV insertion, suturing, catheterization, and airway management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Participate in case management activities, discharge planning, and follow-up care coordination.
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or acute care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and CPT coding is beneficial.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, pediatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proficient in performing essential nursing skills such as phlebotomy, medication administration, tube feeding, and specimen collection/processing.
- Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and physiology knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining compassion for patients.

Pay: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
