We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused HR Associate / Recruiter to help attract, hire, and support top talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating a positive candidate experience, and contributing to a collaborative workplace culture.
As an HR Associate / Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while assisting with a variety of human resources functions. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support employee onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with employment offers.
- Maintain an organized applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
Human Resources
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Assist with employee records and HR documentation.
- Support benefits enrollment and HR programs as needed.
- Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training, and special HR projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is preferred.
