We operate 10 +/- retail locations across the Dallas and Plano markets. Our stores offer packing, shipping, mailbox rentals, and other business services. We also sell locally-sourced gifts.
We operate our stores 6 days a week, with 1 to 4 people on the sales floor throughout the day.
We are looking for an experienced retail leader to join our team and help us grow our business. This leader needs to be able to manage their own retail location and hire, develop, and manage the store associates that report to them.
Experience leading teams in other retail environments is required; however, we are open to candidates from various types of retail businesses (e.g., shipping stores, copy & print stores, grocery, general merchandise, etc.).
Incentive-base pay (bonuses) will paid monthly on top of base pay, based on exceeding sales and service goals.
