Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Engage directly with customers, providing expert knowledge on our available telecom products and services, recommending the best solutions based on their needs, and boosting sales opportunities
- Identify customers’ needs or concerns, provide personalized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction, promoting brand loyalty
- Create positive customer experiences that support brand trust and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on all promotions, products, and services to effectively assist the customer and increase sales opportunities
- Assist interested customers through the enrollment process accurately and professionally
- Collaborate with the sales support team and other Customer Service Representatives to improve our customer experience and sales strategies aimed at bolstering sales revenue
- Keep records of all sales transactions and customer interactions in order to accurately track sales performance and customer retention
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet or exceed goals
- Reliable, organized, and eager to grow within a sales and service role
Pay: $56,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
