Responsibilities for INSTALLERS- Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Perform all duties, skills and tasks with the highest quality required to complete- the new installation, change-out, add-on, or cut-in of residential heating, air conditioning, and air distribution, air filtration, and automatic zoning systems.
Requirements- Minimum 2-5 yrs experience in the trade. Must have a clean DMV, and pass a drug and background check. Must be responsible, with a good attitude, and ability to learn new systems, and skills. Clean appearance, and good hygiene is required at all times. Must have professional communication skills with team members and clients. Maintain a clean company vehicle and inventory.
