Our team is expanding and actively hiring driven individuals to join our event sales team. This is a face-to-face, event-based position where you will represent well-known brands, engage directly with customers, and generate sales in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
Event Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- You will engage with customers at live events, pop-ups, and retail activations by initiating conversations, building rapport, and creating a welcoming and energetic experience.
- You will present products, services, and current promotions in a clear and compelling way to drive interest and encourage purchasing decisions.
- You will confidently answer customer questions, address objections, and guide conversations toward closing sales while maintaining a professional and positive approach.
- You will contribute to a team-oriented environment by collaborating with peers, sharing best practices, and helping maintain strong overall event performance.
- You will track your daily performance, stay accountable to individual and team goals, and continuously work to improve your sales approach.
