About the Role:
As a Dispatcher Supervisor, you’ll lead the team at the heart of that promise—supervising a group of approximately 10 dispatchers, keeping shifts covered, and making the real-time calls that keep vehicles rolling and passengers served. If you’re a calm, organized problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving operation, we’d like to hear from you.
What You'll Do:

Supervise, coach, and support a team of approximately 10 dispatchers, monitoring performance against company standards

As such, the role is subject to the company’s DOT/FTA drug and alcohol testing program, including pre-employment, random, reasonable-suspicion, and post-accident testing as applicable. Employment is contingent on a satisfactory background check conducted after a conditional offer, consistent with the California Fair Chance Act.

The following are essential functions of the role. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform them.
-
Move about the office and between floors
