Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask, and willing to assist wherever needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role will also support special projects and requires strong computer and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members as needed.
- Manage scheduling, calendars, emails, and phone communications
- Answer and direct phone calls with a high level of professionalism and proper business etiquette, as needed.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, vendors, and internal staff
- Perform data entry, reporting, and document management
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc...) for daily tasks
- Create, update, and manage spreadsheets, reports, and documents in Excel
- Assist with daily office operations and general administrative tasks
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Support special projects
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
- Willingness to do whatever is needed to support business operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.87 - $32.54 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
