At Chateau Ste. Genevieve Winery, our mission is to provide our guests a respite from their daily lives while enjoying fine wine, good company, and a peaceful environment at our nearly 180-year-old family farm in Bloomsdale, MO.
Overview
Chateau Ste. Genevieve, Missouri’s newest family winery located in Bloomsdale, MO (Ste. Genevieve County) is seeking a seasonal, part-time candidate to work in our Tasting Room. Shifts will be on weekends only beginning mid-August through early-November. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
The Tasting Room is open daily from 11am to 6pm. Associates will be expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to opening and stay 30 minutes after close to set-up and clean-up, respectively.

Job Description:
- Welcome and develop relationships with our customers
- Provide our guests with an informed experience of the various products we carry
- Display and stock merchandise
- Assist with set-up, cleaning throughout shift, and clean-up after closing
- Maintain impeccably organized, clean and hospitable environment
Expectations:
- Be personable, positive and present
- Excel in a team environment
- Work weekends and some Holidays
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Spend a 4 to 8-hour shift performing the duties included herein, which involve long periods of standing, walking, lifting, cleaning
- Ability to handle retail sales exchange involving cashless and cash transactions
