FAB Pilates is looking for high-energy, motivating Group Fitness Instructors to join our team for a new warmed sculpt class designed to blend strength, movement, endurance, and intentional choreography in a fun, elevated boutique studio environment.
This is not a traditional Pilates instructor position although if you are pilates certified, you can be a dual instructor. We are looking for instructors who love leading energetic group fitness classes and can create an engaging experience for women of all fitness levels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead upbeat, music-driven warmed sculpt classes
- Create an encouraging, welcoming, and high-energy class environment
- Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide safe, effective modifications
- Lead participants through strength, sculpting, mobility, and conditioning movements
- Maintain strong class energy while still creating a polished boutique-studio experience
- Arrive prepared and on time for each scheduled class
- Help create a positive community and represent the FAB Pilates brand
What We’re Looking For
- Group fitness teaching experience preferred
- Experience teaching sculpt, barre, strength, HIIT, dance fitness, heated fitness, or similar formats is a major plus
- High energy and a natural ability to motivate a room
- Comfortable teaching to music and leading a structured class
- Strong communication and demonstration skills
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
- Passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and energized
- Current group fitness certification and/or relevant fitness credentials preferred
- CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain
Pilates Experience:
Pilates certification is NOT required for this position.
While Pilates experience is welcome as we offer Pilates classes as well, we are specifically looking for instructors who can bring a higher-energy sculpt experience to our schedule.
