Assistant in Admin/Estimating/Managing
Overview
I need an assistant to help me in the day to running of a Commercial/Residential Window Film business. Tasks include assisting in estimating & managing projects as well as other routine, administrative office duties. The job requires working in close quarters in collaboration with myself (owner), general superintendent & other member of our team.
Experience in the commercial/residential window film industry as well as processing construction plans are very desirable qualities in the deal candidate. However, a lack of thereof does not preclude consideration for the position. I will train the best candidate who exhibits the capacity for the position.
Duties
-assist in assessing construction plans & identify any window film scope.
-assist in compiling necessary data & utilizing vendor information to accurately prepare project quotes.
-support management of projects by keeping track of details & job timeline.
-Maintain our window film library & keep it current
-various routine office tasks such as filing, etc.
Qualifications
-Excellent communications skills for obtaining & sharing information.
-Ability to work within a team as well as taking initiative n support of current office processes.
-Capability to identify deficiencies in project details.
-Proficiency in Microsoft World & Excel.
-Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat & QuickBooks Online is a plus
Job Type & Schedule
-Full time but I'm willing to consider Part time for the right candidate with a minimum of 30 hours per week
-Schedule is flexible which could be ideal for a Mom with kids are at school.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
