Off The Charts is looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and motivated Budtenders to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, educating customers about cannabis products, and ensuring all transactions are compliant with California cannabis regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
- Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, concentrates, edibles, and vapes
- Make product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Process transactions accurately through the POS system
- Verify customer IDs and ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display areas
- Restock inventory and assist with product merchandising
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and deals
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous cannabis retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic knowledge of cannabis products and effects is a plus
Requirements:
- Valid government-issued ID
- Must pass all local compliance requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
