Summary:
A Customer Care Parts representative works with customers who have orders or require information about products/services purchased from Sanovo Technology US. This individual will provide answers/solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process. Sanovo Technology Group is an organization built upon numerous companies; within the US Customer Care Parts focus is Sanovo Technology US and Foodcraft Inc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Receive and process replacement part requests from Sanovo Technology Group US assigned customer base
- Answer customer request for quotes
- Assist the customers with; identifying part numbers, provide pricing, lead time and delivery time for ordered parts
- Maintain customer communication by providing order status updates as the information is available
- Utilize technical reference documentation to provide accurate information to customers
- Assist with inventory management through cycle counting inventory and full inventory evaluations
- Provide assistance to FoodCraft Customer Service when required.
- Answer customer request for quotes within two days
- Assist the customers with; identifying part numbers, provide pricing, lead time and delivery time for ordered parts
- Resolves customer complaints in an expeditious and tactful manner
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Navision/F&O experience a plus
Shipping experience via FedEx/UPS a plus

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
