What You’ll Do
Lead, motivate, and support a team of car wash attendants to deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure daily operations run efficiently, safely, and professionally
Train and coach employees on company standards, customer service, and operational procedures
Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care
Monitor site cleanliness, equipment performance, and overall presentation of the property
Assist with inventory management and team performance tracking.
Create a positive and productive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability
Drive sales memberships and help achieve location performance goals
