What You'll Do
-
Lead and support install crews in the field
-
Train and mentor installers to improve skill, efficiency, and quality
-
Ensure installations meet company standards, codes, and safety requirements
-
Perform quality control checks and job site oversight
-
Troubleshoot complex installation challenges
-
Deliver a high-level customer experience on every job
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
-
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
-
EPA Certification required
-
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices
-
Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
-
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
-
Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
PhysicalSchedule Requirements
-
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with assistance)
-
Comfortable working on ladders (10 ft+ including extension ladders)
-
Knowledge of job site safety and tool use
-
Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed
