Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospice care or long-term care preferred.
- Must possess a current, active California professional license or certification applicable to the position.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care.
