Apex is hiring remote appointment setters to book solar consultations for homeowners across the country. You call warm leads from our dialer, find homeowners interested in lowering their power bill, and book them for a consultation with one of our closers. You are not selling and you are not knocking doors. Your only job is to set the appointment.
We supply the leads, the dialer, the script, and the training. You supply the work ethic.
What you'll do
- Call homeowners from our automated dialer (no manual dialing, no cold list building)
- Qualify homeowners on power bill, homeownership, and credit
- Book qualified homeowners onto a closer's calendar
- Log your calls and follow up with interested homeowners
- Hit daily dial and appointment targets
What we're looking for
- Clear, confident phone presence
- Reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet place to work
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven script
- Available for consistent daytime hours
- Sales, customer service, call center, or appointment setting experience is a plus but not required. We train from scratch.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission role with no base pay. Setters average $6,000 to $8,000 per month and top performers make more. You are paid per appointment that sits and additional commission when the deal installs. There is no cap.
