Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appliance Dismantling & Pickup Specialist to join our dynamic team at our appliance store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and efficiency, with the ability to carefully disassemble appliances to preserve valuable parts and safely transport appliances using company vehicles. Your goal will be to support our inventory needs while ensuring high-quality parts for our customers and contributing to the success of our business.
Responsibilities
- Carefully test and dismantle appliances to extract parts without damage, ensuring quality.
- Safely operate company vehicles to pick up appliances from designated locations.
- Inspect and verify the condition of appliances and parts to meet inventory standards.
- Maintain organized workspaces and properly store extracted parts for inventory processing.
- Document dismantled parts accurately to support listing and inventory management.
- Follow safety protocols during dismantling and transportation to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and meet inventory goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in appliance repair, disassembly, or mechanical work is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles as well as being able to drive with a trailer is a REQUIREMENT.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle tools and equipment carefully.
- Basic understanding of appliance components and their functionality is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and safety.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
