POSITION SUMMARY
This is a local delivery driver position based out of Columbus, OH
delivering medical supplies and equipment to patients at home,
clinics, and hospitals. This is a white glove, last mile delivery
role - drivers are delivering directly to people who depend on these
supplies for their health and wellbeing. Professionalism, care, and
compassion at every stop are essential. Drivers are home daily.

COMPENSATION
- $25.50 per hour, all hours worked
- Overtime paid after 40 hours in a week

SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday as needed
- No Sunday deliveries
- Shifts typically run 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- May be required to start as early as 5:00 AM depending on route needs
- Start times vary based on operational needs
- Home daily

DRIVING AREA
- Local Columbus, OH area and surrounding communities
- Deliveries to patient residences, clinics, and hospitals
- Home every day - no overnight stays required

THE ROLE AND FREIGHT
Drivers deliver renal care supplies and medical equipment including:
- IV bags and IV materials
- Medications
- Dialysis-related supplies and equipment
- Occasional dialysis machines
This is a high touch, white glove last mile delivery position.
Products are delicate and life-dependent - care and attention to
the safety of every delivery is non-negotiable. Drivers must ensure
products arrive safely and on time to every patient and location.
Utmost respect for patients and clients is a top priority at every
stop.
Equipment operated:
- Box truck and/or Sprinter van depending on route

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license appropriate for vehicle operated
- Ability to handle delicate medical supplies with care and precision
- Professional, compassionate conduct at every delivery location
- Comfortable delivering to patient homes, clinics, and hospitals
- Flexible with varying start times based on operational needs
- Available Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability
- Punctual, reliable attendance
- Ability to maintain accurate electronic logs
- Adherence to all posted safety policies and procedures

DRESS CODE AND SAFETY FOOTWEAR
Clean, professional clothing appropriate for patient-facing and
clinical delivery environments is required at all times.
Acceptable attire:
- Pants
- An appropriate work shirt or shirt with sleeves
- All clothing must be clean, in good condition, and suitable for
a medical delivery and warehouse environment
- Clothing displaying offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or
unsafe language, graphics, or imagery is not permitted
Footwear:
- Steel-toe or composite-toe safety boots with fully enclosed toes
and adequate ankle coverage
