POSITION SUMMARY
Our client, one of the nation's fastest-growing Medicare Independent Marketing Organizations (IMOs), and we are building a dedicated network of retail-based Medicare Field Sales Agents. This is a field sales role, not a call center. You will not wear a headset, share leads, or compete with dozens of internal agents for the same enrollments.
No more paying for leads! Work in one of the largest branded retail locations in your area selling Medicare to a strong Over 65 market!
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will own your assigned retail location exclusively — no other agents at your site. You will earn $225 for every effectuated Medicare enrollment, uncapped, with the potential to exceed $100,000 in annual earnings for top producers. Top producers can work through OEP and year round!

AEP EARNING POTENTIAL
AEP is a 7-week selling window from October 15 through December 7. At $225 per effectuated application with no earnings cap, your income is entirely driven by your production. The table below outlines the earning potential across performance tiers:

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Active state Life and Health insurance license in the state(s) where you will be selling (or willingness to obtain).
- Current AHIP certification, or committed to complete prior to October 15.
- Insurance Sales Experience- New to Medicare OK!
- Proven field-sales energy — you thrive in face-to-face consumer interactions, not on a headset.
- Self-directed and highly motivated — able to manage your own schedule, pipeline, and performance.
- Reliable personal transportation to your assigned retail location.
- Proficiency with tablet or laptop-based enrollment platforms and CRM tools.
- Commitment to full schedule coverage during AEP selling hours.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
