Online Fastener Group LLC is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee our purchasing operations and expand our new product pipeline. You will manage both domestic and overseas supplier networks, negotiate competitive procurement costs, and ensure uninterrupted material flow. By establishing robust risk-management strategies and leading our purchasing team, you will streamline supply chain operations and fuel our long-term expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies for both domestic and international markets.
- Oversee the new products team to ensure product line implementation goals are met.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with new and existing suppliers.
- Monitor geopolitical, tariff, and shipping disruptions; create backup sourcing plans.
- Mentor and manage a team of purchasing and new product team members.
- Ensure all incoming domestic and imported goods meet company standards.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
