Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and supervise the entire culinary team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality food production
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends, dietary needs, and guest preferences while maintaining consistency and profitability
- Oversee food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices
- Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail in food presentation and service timing
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills in food preparation, presentation, and customer service
- Monitor shift operations to ensure smooth workflow, timely service delivery, and exceptional guest satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive background in fine dining cuisine with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and presentation standards
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse kitchen teams and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Hands-on experience with menu planning, food production processes, and catering operations
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and food safety regulations (such as HACCP)
- Experience in banquet settings or large-scale event catering is highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, manage shift schedules effectively, and handle multiple priorities under pressure
