Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and speed of service to ensure high-quality standards.

Enforce strict health codes and food safety rules, and maintain kitchen sanitation for a safe environment.

Manage inventory, control food and supply orders, and implement waste reduction strategies.

Monitor labor and food costs to optimize operational efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development

Hire, train, coach, and schedule kitchen shift leaders and team members to build a strong and enthusiastic team.

Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere that motivates and supports staff growth.
Equipment and Facility Management

Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are in excellent working condition.

Schedule timely repairs and maintenance to avoid disruptions in service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization through regular facility checks and cleansing checklists.
