Brouillard & Sons, LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Salaried Landscape Laborer to join our growing team. This is a year-round opportunity for someone looking for steady income, consistent work, and long-term growth in the landscape industry.
Position Overview
This role supports our landscape maintenance and property services operations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute each day, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing)
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Mulching and bed maintenance
- Shrub and small tree work (pruning, trimming)
- Assisting with hardscape and landscape projects as needed
- Snow removal operations during winter months
- Proper use and care of equipment and company vehicles
- Maintaining a clean, professional job site
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a crew
- Landscape experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
