Civil Litigation Attorney
We are a nationally recognized, full service litigation firm seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Concord, California office. Our team is known for delivering practical, results driven legal solutions across a broad range of complex litigation matters. What You'll Do:

Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and participate in court appearances

Develop case strategy and provide thoughtful legal analysis

Work closely with partners and clients to drive efficient, high-quality outcomes
What We're Looking For:

J.D. from an accredited law school
-
Active license to practice in California
-
3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
-
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
-
Experience handling depositions and court appearances is a plus
-
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast paced environment

Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client service

1,900 billabe hour requirement
