Summary of Position
The Director, Strategic Projects will be a key strategic leader within CTM, in driving success and growth of our operation organization. The position will collaborate with various teams and key stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and alignment with our strategic operations objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and implement project strategies to support the achievement identified operational goals

Develop and govern program and portfolio management processes, uses of dashboards, templates, keeping aligned with policies and metrics

Support and guide cross-functional project team members and manage project timelines and deliverables
-
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
-
Monitor project process and communicate updates to key stakeholders
-
Develop and manage project budgets and resource allocations
-
Ensure respective project documents are current, reviewed and stored in the CTM repository
-
Continuously assess and improve project management processes and methodologies
-
Act as an advisor to senior leadership team members

Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations/Project Management, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred.

PMP or other certification is highly desired.

5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations / project management, process improvement, or related fields.

At least 10 years of experience in complex project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
-
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving significant operational improvements across a global organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.

Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels along with vendor and teams.

Expert knowledge of product and change management methodologies, techniques, and process.

Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting.

Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Proficiency in project management software and tools
