Now Hiring: Farm Hand
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Farm Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining a productive farm.
Pay:
- $16.00–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Feed and care for livestock.
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools safely.
- Repair fences, buildings, and other farm structures as needed.
- Clean and maintain barns, pens, and work areas.
- Load, unload, and move supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Perform other general farm duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous farm or agricultural experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
