- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies, Computer Drafting and Design, or equivalent experience
- Experience in industrial building design and high-tech facilities
- Proven track record of successful design delivery across multiple projects
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and clash detection tools
- Knowledge of semiconductor tool requirements and installation processes
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in high-tech manufacturing
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain deep knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other modeling programs
- Understand scope impact on schedule and budget; identify scope creep early
- Solve technical problems by presenting options to the design team and clients
- Provide direction to ensure team alignment with project goals
- Implement industry best practices while leading junior staff positively
- Demonstrate knowledge of codes and standards relevant to the discipline
- Break down projects into tasks with time estimates for leadership review
- Extensive experience in modeling, drafting, and model review using relevant software
