We’re seeking a Hospice Home Health Aide / CNA to join our growing team and provide hands-on care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and their families.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility support)
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Report changes in condition to the RN Case Manager
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
What You’ll Bring
- Active Oregon CNA license
- 1+ year of CNA or home health experience (hospice preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification and Food Handler’s Card
- A compassionate heart and dependable spirit
