Position Overview: Funding Specialist
We’re hiring motivated, coachable individuals to join our sales team. You’ll be working with qualified business leads, helping owners understand their funding options and guiding them through the process.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to break into sales, finance, or business development. No finance experience is required — we provide full training.
Responsibilities
- Contact pre-qualified business leads by phone, text, and email
- Understand the business owner’s goals and current challenges
- Gather documents and submit applications to underwriting
- Present financing options and help clients choose the best fit
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads and clients
- Meet or exceed KPIs and daily activity goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- 1 year of sales required
- Familiarity with CRM or similar tools
