At Mountain Peak Therapeutic Massage, we do more than relaxation massage — we help people regain function, reduce pain, recover from injuries, and improve their quality of life.
We are a fast-growing medical and therapeutic massage clinic seeking compassionate, clinically-minded Licensed Massage Therapists who are passionate about helping others heal. We are currently hiring for both our West Jordan and Bluffdale locations.

Hiring Timeline
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed client assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality therapeutic and medical massage sessions tailored to client goals
- Work with clients experiencing:
- Chronic pain
- Injury recovery
- Mobility restrictions
- Stress and tension
- Headaches/TMJ dysfunction
- Sports-related conditions
- Postural dysfunction
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and treatment documentation
- Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and wellness strategies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Collaborate with a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Preferred Modalities & Skills
We are especially interested in therapists experienced in:
- Therapeutic Massage
- Medical Massage
- Deep Tissue
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Myofascial Release
- Sports Massage

Qualifications
- Active Utah Massage Therapy License
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to maintain thorough SOAP notes
- Passion for helping clients improve their quality of life
