Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Use our Toast POS systems to process orders, payments, and manage tabs seamlessly.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and basic retail math to ensure proper transactions.
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations related to serving alcohol in nightlife or banquet environments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or special events.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems such as is essential for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments within the food industry or hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible serving policies.
- Experience working in an environment that includes cash handling and cashiering duties.
