Position Overview
We are seeking a Case Manager Assistant / Client Support Coordinator to support active bankruptcy cases and ensure smooth execution from onboarding through resolution. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excellent at follow-up.
This is not a sales role. It is a case coordination and client support position.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage active creditor cases from intake through submission
- Follow up with clients for questionnaires, documents, signatures, and deadlines
- Maintain case timelines, status updates, and internal trackers
- Coordinate with internal team members, trustees, and third parties
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone
- Ensure case files, records, and documentation are accurate and complete
- Escalate delays or issues to management promptly
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to follow up consistently and manage deadlines
- Comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and document management tools
- Experience in case management, legal support, accounting, or professional services is a plus (not required)
