American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health position in New Hampshire, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Epic EMR proficiency.

Home health setting with community-based patient visits
-
Approximately 6 patient visits per day
-
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

Weekend rotation required as needed
-
No call or float requirements
-
Epic EMR experience required

Active NH state RN license or compact license currently in hand

Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross only

Minimum 2 years of RN home health experience required

Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Ability to perform patient admissions and complete OASIS assessments

Professional references required (candidates may begin with one reference on file while the second is pending)

Conduct home health visits including patient admissions and OASIS assessments

Orientation is 8 hours

Any color scrubs are accepted

First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are accepted but at a reduced local rate
