You need to have availability for these hours throughout the year:
Thursdays: 3:45PM - 8:15PM (at ClubPilates San Carlos)
Fridays: 5:45AM - 1:15PM (at ClubPilates Redwood City)
Sundays: 7:45AM - 2:15PM (at ClubPilates Redwood City)

What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members while supporting the growth of our studio. This position offers a blend of sales and customer service responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who loves engaging with people, building relationships, and contributing to a positive fitness community.
Responsibilities:
- Create amazing experiences: Greet prospects and members with a smile, answer their questions, and ensure they feel welcome and supported.
- Drive membership growth: Learn and execute our sales process, make calls, send emails/texts, and convert leads into memberships.
- Keep things running smoothly: Check members into classes, maintain a clean and presentable studio, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with the team: Partner with coworkers to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our studio’s positive energy.
- Stay organized: Write thoughtful notes, manage emails, and keep accurate records of interactions with prospects and members.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- A strong interest in sales and a desire to grow in this area.
- Basic understanding of customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Friendly, energetic, and adaptable personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and address complaints effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new tasks quickly.
