Administer medications to residents according to physician orders, care plans, and facility policies under the supervision of licensed nursing professionals
Monitor residents’ responses to medications and promptly report adverse reactions, changes in condition, or concerns to licensed nursing staff
Provide resident care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medications administered and resident care provided
Assist nursing staff with resident needs and promote a positive, respectful care environment
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support individualized resident care plans
Observe and report changes in resident condition to ensure appropriate care interventions
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility standards of care
