Primary Job Responsibilities:
● Monitors the go-kart track to ensure the safety of all participants.
● Enforces safety rules and regulations, including proper use of safety gear and adherence to track
rules.
● Conducts safety briefings for guests before they begin their races.
● Responds promptly to any accidents or incidents on the track, providing first aid if necessary and
reporting to management.
● Oversees the operation of the go-kart track, ensuring smooth and efficient running of races.
● Starts and stops races, controls track lights and flags, and manages the flow of guests on and off
the track.
● Assists guests with getting in and out of go-karts and ensures they are properly secured before
starting the race.
● Performs routine checks on go-karts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
● Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a fun and enjoyable experience.
● Answers guests' questions, provides information about the go-karts and track, and handles any
concerns or complaints.
● Assists guests with any special needs or requests to ensure their safety and enjoyment.
● Conducts regular inspections and maintenance of go-karts and track facilities.
● Reports any mechanical issues or needed repairs to the maintenance team promptly.
● Ensures the track area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
● Works closely with other staff members to ensure seamless operation of the go-kart track.
● Communicates effectively with team members and management about any issues or updates.
● Participates in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on safety protocols
and operational procedures.
● Assists with the organization and execution of special events and group bookings at the go-kart
track.
● Provides additional support during busy periods to ensure all guests receive timely and efficient
service.
● Helps set up and break down equipment and tracks elements for special events.
● Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have open availability, including nights and weekend.
- Prior customer service is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential hazards.
- Ability to stay calm and act decisively in stressful or emergency situations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with other marshals, security, and event organizers.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing event conditions or last-minute requests.
