We have been retained by a well-established, forty-attorney, plaintiff-side, litigation boutique that seeks to hire a junior associate for its Century City Los Angeles office (in office five days per week preferred). The role would focus primarily on securities class actions but could also entail consumer, data privacy, and IP class actions. They offer a friendly environment and high attorney morale.
Key Responsibilities
- Support complex litigation matters across all phases, including discovery, motion practice, and briefing
- Draft high-quality pleadings, briefs, and other litigation submissions
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy under attorney supervision
- Work collaboratively within a cohesive, plaintiff-side team environment
What the Firm Seeks
- Junior associate with about one to three years of litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing skills
- California bar admission required
- Availability for five days per week in Century City
What the Firm Offers
- Base salary of $125,000 to $145,000, depending on experience
- Year-end, discretionary bonus of approximately $10,000 to $20,0000, with significant upside over time
