We are a growing construction company seeking an Operations Coordinator / Office Manager who thrives on solving problems, taking ownership, and getting things done.
This is not a position for someone who simply waits for instructions. We are looking for a proactive individual who can learn new processes, communicate effectively, follow through, and help drive the daily operations of the business.
The right candidate does not need to know everything on day one. However, they must be resourceful, organized, willing to learn, and committed to finding solutions.

Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator / Office Manager will work directly with ownership and play a key role in supporting office operations, project administration, equipment coordination, compliance, accounting support, and employee administration.
Over time, this position is expected to take ownership of increasing responsibilities and become a trusted operational leader within the company.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations
- Support project setup and administration
- Process and track preliminary notices and lien documentation
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Coordinate payroll support and employee documentation
- Maintain organized project and company records
- Assist with JobTread management and project tracking
- Coordinate Blue Stake utility locate requests
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Track inventory, tools, equipment, and job supplies
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- Assist with OSHA and FMCSA compliance documentation
- Maintain business licenses, insurance certificates, and related records
- Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Follow up on open items until resolution
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Assist ownership with special projects and operational initiatives
