Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, dependable, flexible and detail-oriented House / Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and office settings, ensuring that each home is a welcoming and healthy environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Assist with housekeeping management duties, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or related fields is a plus.
- Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties efficiently throughout the day.
Fill in for absent cleaners or assist with large projects.
Perform deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and special assignments as needed.
Ensure consistent quality by following checklists and company standards.
Maintain professionalism and respect while working in client homes or offices.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial and residential cleaning
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a reliable mode of transportation
Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to work on Tuesday nights, Fridays Nights, and Saturdays.
