IOP Therapist / Group Facilitator
Renewal Pathway, LLC – Louisville, KYPart-Time | 1099 Contract | $45–$65/hour
Renewal Pathway is seeking an experienced therapist/clinician to facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups for adults receiving substance use disorder treatment, both in person and via telehealth.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate Kentucky behavioral health license/credential
- Experience with substance use disorder/addiction treatment
- IOP and group facilitation experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of treatment planning and clinical documentation
- Dependable and comfortable providing in-person and telehealth services
- Medicaid documentation experience is a plus
Pay: $45–$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Schedule: Part-time with flexible scheduling.Contract: 1099 independent contractor; contract may be reviewed and renegotiated every 60 days.
