Job Summary

Duties
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, quick service, and outstanding customer satisfaction
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Oversee food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and quality control to maintain compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Coordinate shift schedules, manage labor costs, and analyze profit and loss reports for operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to food handling procedures, safety protocols, and hospitality standards across all areas of the restaurant
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong leadership skills in team supervision
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management in casual dining or hospitality environments
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and health regulations applicable to the food industry
- Strong organizational skills in inventory control, budgeting, and food production planning
- Excellent communication abilities for staff training, interviewing candidates, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
