HR Assistant / Field Manager
Hours: Full Time, Monday
Location: Oconomowoc, WI
BSG is growing! We are looking for an HR Assistant to join the corporate team. The right candidate will support the General Manager with administrative oversight, employee relations and compliance support. The HR Assistant will execute the hiring, onboarding, training, KPI reviews and resolution to employee issues with the support of the Director of HR.

EVS experience is a plus but not required.
The position requires traveling to different facilities within the Greater Milwaukee area. You will be provided with a company car and phone. Other benefits include health, vision and dental insurance after probationary period and 401k with match.
