Our client, an international manufacturer of industrial equipment, seeks a Recruiter / HR Generalist on a long term temp/contract basis (with an eventual temp-to-hire option)
This position is available hybrid/on-site in Mebane, NC, or fully remote for candidates residing in NC, NJ, SC, FL, or GA only.
Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities
- Partner with hiring managers on talent needs and hiring strategies
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
- Support offer generation, onboarding, and candidate experience
- Participate in talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives
HR Generalist
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
- Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR operations
- Assist with onboarding, transfers, promotions, and HR case management
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience including both:
- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- HR Generalist responsibilities
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Workday experience preferred
Pay Range- $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Hours- 8:30am-5:00pm
