Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Parking Enforcement Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for team members in the field. This position requires a proactive approach to effective communication skills, ability to respond to incidents even keeled and methodically.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to property damage, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and report parking violations
- Utilize cell phone recording and surveillance equipment to monitor activities.
- Enforce parking rules and regulations to prevent loss or damage.
- Ensuring the safety of yourself and individuals on-site.
- Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and actions taken.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Experience in conflict management and de-escalation tactics is a plus.
- Military experience may be beneficial but is not required.
