Job Summary

Duties

- Oversee the management of medical records, patient care protocols, and documentation processes within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead clinical research initiatives to advance evidence-based practices, ensuring adherence to research protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care and medical management.
- Collaborate with managed care organizations to optimize utilization management strategies while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy rules, FDA regulations for clinical trials, and other pertinent healthcare laws.
- Oversee budgeting processes related to medical services, resource allocation, and staff development to support sustainable growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with hospital experience benchmarks and NCQA accreditation standards.
