Key Responsibilities
- Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's skincare goals
- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analyses
- Recommend treatment plans and appropriate home-care products
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Maintain treatment rooms according to sanitation and infection-control standards
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Stay current on skincare products, techniques, and industry trends
- Collaborate with fellow estheticians and front desk staff to create an exceptional client experience
Qualifications
- Active Iowa Esthetician License (required)
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning preferred
- Experience with microneedling and chemical peels is a plus
- Ability to educate clients on treatment recommendations and home care
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Pay: $25.00 - $33.80 per hour
Work Location: In person
