In this role, you will support fellow students' academic success by providing tutoring, assisting instructors, and serving as a positive peer mentor. What You'll Do
You will be responsible for tutoring students and assisting the instructor with grading for the specific course.
Hourly Rate: $16.00/hour
Additional Responsibilities

Attend the class to remain current on subject matter

Tutor students enrolled in the course, one-on-one or in small groups, at set times or prescheduled appointments

Grade student assignments in accordance with the instructor's criteria

Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills

Successful completion of the assigned course, in a previous semester

Ability and willingness to follow directions

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects

Ability to work independently and handle interruptions

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
