1. Ability to work closely with maintenance supervisors, operations, warehouse, procurement, and vendors to ensure the right resources are available at the right time to meet production and reliability objectives.
2. Develop detailed job plans for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, including labor, materials, tools, permits, and safety requirements.
3. Ensure work orders are fully planned and ready to execute prior to scheduling
4. Maintain accurate equipment history, job plans, and bills of material in the maintenance management system.
5. Support maintenance planning to align with operational priorities and shutdown schedules.
6. Collaborate with general and execution Supervisors to identify material risks and mitigate schedule impacts and job priority and availability. Including changes in the preventative maintenance schedule necessitated by production and/or maintenance requirements.
7. Create and coordinate one-time job plans, where maintenance work needs to be completed due to operational changes, statutory requirement changes or equipment failures.
8. Liaise with Supply Chain to expedite external parts and contractor labor. Ensure that all direct purchases and contracts for equipment and personnel meet Supply Chain policies and procedures.
9. Liaise with Supply Chain to manage warehouse inventory (new stock requests, min/max levels, critical spares, obsolete inventory).
10. Ensure that parts, specialized tools, equipment, and external labor are immediately available when needed.
11. Prepare and manage maintenance kits for scheduled work, ensuring all required components are available prior to execution.
12. Support outage and major maintenance planning by ensuring long lead items and specialty services are identified and secured early.
13. Create and maintain work orders and requisitions (materials, equipment, and services) in JDE.
14. Update and maintain status of work orders in JDE to ensure accurate backlog and history.
15. Participate in the application of Reliability Methodologies for supporting the continuous improvement of maintenance strategies (RCM, RCA, FMECA, etc.)
16. Ensure that all parts and materials are ordered in a timely manner.
17. Help develop other department personnel to perform duties listed above.

22. Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by state agency, or must be able to pass driver competency course and exam.
