Job Summary
Power Up Fort Wayne is seeking a dynamic, experienced Event Coordinator to take the lead on creating, planning, and executing unforgettable events from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who not only brings proven expertise in event management but also the drive and vision to scale our event program to new heights. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural relationship-builder, and creative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves full-spectrum event leadership—including prospecting, vendor coordination, and guest services—ensuring every detail is seamless and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all events at Power Up (corporate, team-building, group outings, etc.).
- Prospect and secure new event clients utilizing various promotional strategies.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, staffing, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences from start to finish.
Experience
- Proven experience in event management planning and execution is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience in sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Creative problem-solver with high attention to detail.
- Proven track record of driving event revenue or scaling programs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
